We women have a lot to learn about simplifying our lives. We have to decide what is important and then move along at a pace that is comfortable for us. We have to develop the maturity to stop trying to prove something. We have to learn to be content with what we are." ~Marjorie Pay Hinckley~

Kindergarten Preview Week

Twas the week before Kindergarten,
and all through the house,
everyone is stirring.
Even our Lukas-maus!

We've been practicing for his music class, replacing the registration stickers on the car, discovering building with legos (yayyY!!), drawing more and more on the whiteboard while practicing pencil-holding, and visiting his Kindergarten classroom to see where his cubby is located, where he can hang his backpack, and where he will sit. And most of all, to get to meet his teacher, Mrs. Vaughn, who gets to spend an entire school year with wiggly kindergarteners, mostly boys!
